Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please note the following: Deposit Refunds: Your deposit will be refunded if we determine during the initial online meeting that we cannot align on how to achieve your objectives within the program’s scope. Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel at least 7 days before your first session, a full refund will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation After Start: Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed, minus a $50 administrative fee. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
